DRESS TO CARE® accepts EXCHANGES / RETURN POLICY
To do this, just contact us through email apoioaocliente@dresstocare.pt or through our WhatsApp +351 939 084 569. From then on, we will be in contact to support you in the exchange/return of your DRESS TO CARE® item.

Rules for exchanging/return an article:
- The exchange/return request must be performed up to 15 days after the date of the order receipt;
- The product may have no evidence that it has been used, and must contain the label and all the elements that compose it (buttons,zippers,…);
- The product does not may have been customized;
- The item should preferably be shipped in the original properly sealed packaging;
- The exchange implies the payment of shipping costs for the new product.
WE PROVIDE AN EXCHANGE/RETURN FORM for shipments via post office
The exchange/return form is quite simple: you only need to fill in your personal data, the date you received the order and indicate the reason for the exchange or return. At the end of this form, you will find the address to which the goods must be returned. Just cut it out and put the address on the package. Then, you can go to the post office and send it to us.

Important tips:
*Before making the purchase, carefully follow the instructions in our size guide avoiding the need to change because of the wrong size.
*If you have questions regarding your size, and if it’s your first purchase in DRESS TO CARE, we recommend buying without customization. In no case can we accept the exchange or return of customized products.

If Dress To Care had sent a product that differs from the one requested by the customer in size, model, color or any other characteristic, it will be responsible for the shipment and will assume all costs involved.
Based on the consumer protection code, the customer, in case of defect in the products or if he withdraws from the purchase, has 14 days after the date of receipt of the order to make the exchange or return. In case of withdrawal from the purchase, the costs related to shipping the product will be the buyer’s responsibility, and only the value of the products will be refunded.
