Prices are announced in euros and include VAT at the current legal rate.

Order Preparation

To place your order on the Online Store you must fill out the form available. You should read and confirm the data entered in the form before validating your order. The Online Store is not responsible for errors in completing the order forms or for errors in emailing.


Product Availability

Prices and product offers are considered valid whenever they are visible on our site and within the limit of available stock. Additional information on the availability of all articles will be provided by email. In case of difficulties that may arise on the part of Online Store in obtaining a product from its suppliers, the customer will be informed of the state of his order by telephone or e-mail, which may choose to cancel it or to replace it with another product.


Lack of payment

The Online Store reserves the right not to make or refuse to deliver an order if there is no full or partial payment for an ordered product. After placing the order all payments must be made within 7 days. After this period the order will be canceled.


Suggestions and Complaints

Customer feedback is very important to DRESS TO CARE®. We want to improve our products and services constantly. So, if for any reason our customers are not satisfied or have any suggestions, we would be very grateful if they would report it to us, preferably by sending a message via email to the following address: the reported situation is related to a specific order, customers do have 14 days from the date of receipt to contact Customer Service and report the problem. If the customer has received a defective or damaged product, or if the product received is different from the one actually ordered, we kindly ask you to attach a video to your complaint or, as appropriate, photographs to help us to identify the problem. The customer should keep in his possession, until further notice by the DRESS TO CARE® Customer Service department, not only the defective, damaged or not conforming product but also its packaging box.
