Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Once you have finalized your order, we will start the shipping process for your order as soon as possible.

Delivery times will be extended in the case of custom orders – between 8 to 15 working days.

Shipping costs depend on your delivery address.

The values of shipping indicated refer to volumes up to 2kg. For volumes over 2kg Dress To Care will adjust the shipping costs by communicating it to your customers and after their agreement.

If delivery isn’t possible due to the recipient’s absence, our customers will be contacted by telephone and new delivery attempts will also be made.
