Discover what happens behind the scenes of Dress To Care’s photo shoots and see how we bring our professional uniforms for healthcare, aesthetics and wellness to life. A look at the creative process behind each collection.

Choosing professional workwear goes far beyond design.

Comfort, fit, functionality and adaptability to everyday routines are essential for those working in healthcare, aesthetics and wellness.

Every photoshoot is carefully planned to showcase our designs, their details and the way they can adapt to different professional routines.

More than simply showcasing a piece, we aim to convey the experience of wearing it and the confidence it can bring to everyday professional life.

Today, we’re opening the doors behind the scenes and showing you how the images you see at Dress To Care come to life.

It all starts before the first click

A photo shoot begins long before we arrive at the studio.

First, we select the styles we want to highlight and plan the different looks that best represent the Dress To Care identity. Colours, cuts and styles are carefully prepared to create a coherent image while showcasing the versatility of our professional wear.

Whether for healthcare uniforms, aesthetic uniforms or spa and wellness uniforms, we aim to present each style in a context that makes it easy to see how it can fit into everyday professional life.

Every detail matters

On the day of the shoot, everything picks up pace. The looks are ready, the garments are organised and the space begins to transform into the setting for the shoot.

Before each photograph, there are small adjustments: a collar that needs aligning, a sleeve that needs to sit just right or a detail we want to highlight. Styling plays an essential role here. The choice of accessories, combinations and the way each model is presented all help to create the image we want to convey.

Showcasing comfort in motion

A uniform may have an elegant cut, but it is when it starts moving that we truly see how it performs. That is why we aim to capture the styles in different positions and situations, highlighting the drape, freedom of movement and functional elements that are part of everyday work.

Lightweight fabrics, ergonomic cuts, functional pockets and designs that move with the body are features valued by professionals who spend many hours on the move. In healthcare, clinics, aesthetic centres or wellness spaces, clothing should support the professional and never restrict their movement.

A team effort

No shoot happens alone. Behind every image is a team working together: photography, production, styling, models and the Dress To Care team.

There are moments of concentration, outfit changes, lighting tests, set adjustments and, of course, a few spontaneous moments along the way. It is this collaboration that turns an idea into an image and allows us to present each style in a natural, polished way that feels close to real professional life.

From the photo shoot to your clinic

When the photography is finished, a new stage begins. We select the images and prepare the content that will appear on our website, social media and campaigns.

In our online store, every photograph has a purpose: to help you get to know the product better before making a choice. The cut, fit, materials, details and different ways of styling each model become especially important when you cannot try the piece on in person.

We know that choosing professional uniforms online can raise questions. What will the cut be like? How will it fit? Will it be comfortable for a full working day? That is why we aim to make our images high-quality, informative and useful, so you can shop with greater confidence.

Dressing is also caring

At Dress To Care, we believe professional wear should support those who are on the front line of care. Each uniform is designed to meet the demands of everyday work, combining comfort, functionality and a professional image.

Our photo shoots are part of that commitment. Through them, we aim to bring our uniforms closer to the people who will wear them and show how they can fit into different environments and professions.

Because every photograph tells a story. A story of preparation, creativity and attention to detail. But above all, a story about the professionals who care for others every day and who find in Dress To Care an extension of their professional identity.

In a context where trust is the primary requirement, professional attire is no longer merely functional — it has become an extension of the brand and the client experience. In clinics, spas, and wellness centers, the way a team presents itself communicates — before any word is spoken — rigor, organization, empathy, and credibility.

First Impressions Are a Code of Trust

The first seconds of contact influence perceptions of professionalism and expectations about the service. A premium clinical uniform communicates:

• Rigor and organization through clean lines and impeccable structure
  • Empathy and care with soft materials and movement-respecting silhouettes
  • Credibility supported by intentional aesthetics aligned with the brand

Every detail — cut, fabric, color, fit — contributes to the client experience.

Quiet Luxury: Serene Authority, Without Excess

The quiet luxury trend has arrived in clinical environments to stay. The focus is on refined lines, structured cuts, neutral palettes, and minimalist design. The goal? To convey serene authority and authentic sophistication, without ostentation.

• Intentional minimalism
• Tactile and visual quality
• Aesthetic coherence with the space and the service

When care is sophisticated, the uniform should reflect the same level of excellence.

Client Experience: Aesthetics in Service of Care

The uniform acts as an emotional bridge between client and professional. A visually aligned team generates:

• A sense of security (well-presented professionals inspire trust)
• Role clarity (organization and smooth service flow)
• Brand consistency (the experience feels premium from start to finish)

Image does not replace clinical expertise — it enhances it.

Employer Brand: Attracting and Retaining Talent

In a competitive sector, elegant and comfortable uniforms also contribute to team satisfaction:

• Self-esteem and projection of professionalism
• Comfort throughout the entire shift
• Pride of belonging and a culture of excellence

Teams who feel good in what they wear, serve better.

Dress To Care: Premium Minimalism that Dresses Purpose

At Dress To Care, we unite minimalist aesthetics and functional luxury to create pieces that elevate the daily life of those who care. The result is an aligned, impeccable, and comfortable image — from the first to the last appointment.

Next step? If the “why” is now clear, discover the “how” in Article 2: fabrics, colors, and silhouettes in practice.

Starting the day should feel light.
Opening your wardrobe should bring a sense of calm, organization, and confidence — not become another difficult decision on already busy mornings.

A versatile professional wardrobe is not about quantity.
It’s about intention.
It’s about choosing pieces that work for you, not against you.

For many professionals in healthcare, aesthetics, and wellness, choosing what to wear is just one more task in a day full of responsibilities.
And when we talk about clinics, that choice doesn’t affect only each individual — it influences the entire team and the patient experience.

That’s why building a versatile professional wardrobe makes all the difference: it simplifies routines, elevates the clinic’s image, and creates a harmonious presence that inspires trust.

At Dress To Care, we believe that when you feel good in what you wear — comfortable, aligned, and truly represented — everything flows better.

We’ve gathered 4 essential pillars to help you build a professional wardrobe that is harmonious, functional, and aligned with your identity — individually or as a team.

1. Invest in Key Pieces

A versatile professional wardrobe starts with simple yet smart choices.
Instead of accumulating clothes, choose core pieces that mix and match easily, allowing you to create different looks with minimal effort.

Timeless scrub tops, comfortable scrub pants, and structured lab coats are the ideal foundation for a polished and consistent image.

Dress To Care Suggestions:

• Scrub Top Bloomy  + Scrub Pants Capri: light and comfortable for long days — relaxed without losing elegance.
• Lab Coat Classic + Scrub Top Glam + Scrub Pants Roma: a premium trio combining classic, modern, and comfortable.
• Scrub Top Blooman + Scrub Pants Capri H: a set with presence and practicality, designed to keep up with a professional pace.

2. Choose Colors That Represent Your Identity

In a professional environment, color is much more than aesthetics — it’s identity.
Many clinics define color palettes that reflect their values, atmosphere, and how they want to be perceived by patients.

When creating your wardrobe, choose a palette of 2 to 3 colors that work well together and represent the clinic’s image.
This visual consistency conveys organization, elegance, and creates an immediate impact on those who are welcomed.

A harmonious team wears more than matching colors — it wears the same language.

Dress To Care Suggestions:

• Scrub Top Glamy: available in several colors, adaptable to your clinic’s identity.
• Lab Coat Trendy: light, modern, and perfect to complete a professional look.

3. Team Image Harmony: When Everyone Wears the Same Identity

A clinic’s image doesn’t start with patient care — it starts with how the team presents itself.

When everyone wears uniforms aligned in color, cut, and fabric quality, the clinic instantly communicates:

Credibility
A well-kept, professional, and organized environment.

Visual brand consistency
The team becomes a living extension of the clinic’s identity.

Unity and sense of belonging
Harmonized uniforms strengthen team spirit and elevate professionalism.

To dress a team elegantly and functionally, invest in a coherent color palette, models that flatter different body types, and pieces that ensure comfort throughout the day.

Dress To Care Suggestions for teams:

• Scrub Tops and Lab Coats in coordinated palettes;
• Equivalent models for different body types, maintaining visual harmony;
• Personalization with name and logo to reinforce professionalism.

4. Comfort That Keeps Up with Your Day

Long hours standing, constant movement, and demanding days require uniforms that respect the body and support the pace of the profession.

Lightweight, breathable, and elastic fabrics make all the difference in posture, comfort, and energy throughout the day.
When the uniform is comfortable, it reflects directly on performance and patient interaction.

Dress To Care Suggestions:

• Carol KnitWear + Scrub Pants Vogue: fluid, elegant, and extremely comfortable.
• Lab Coat Duomo: modern, practical, and designed for demanding routines.

Extra: Personalization / Embroidery — a Detail That Makes All the Difference

Personalizing uniforms with a name or clinic logo is a simple yet powerful detail:
it reinforces professionalism, creates closeness, and strengthens team identity.

Sustainability You Can Feel: Dress To Care’s Commitment to Responsible Pieces

Sustainability is not a passing trend — it is a daily commitment to the care we leave in the world.

At Dress To Care, we believe sustainability adds a level of care that isn’t always visible, but can always be felt: in the touch, in durability, and in the positive impact we leave on the planet.

This care begins with comfort and functionality, but goes far beyond that. It lives in the conscious choices we make every day — from materials to processes, from suppliers to environmental practices. Because dressing well also means caring for the planet.

Quality and Consciousness: Always Side by Side

For us, quality and sustainability go hand in hand. Every fabric, every stitch, and every finish reflects this commitment, because we believe uniforms communicate professionalism and identity.

We don’t believe a “premium” piece is defined only by a soft feel or an elegant cut. Premium means knowing that every decision was made responsibly.

That’s why we carefully select our fabrics, prioritizing high-performance fibres, durability, and low environmental impact. We choose ethically sourced, cruelty-free materials, ensuring that no stage of production compromises the well-being of people or animals.

Pieces That Make a Difference

This commitment is present in every piece we create. Examples include:

• Carol Knitwear – developed with cotton and lyocell for high durability, delivering comfort and consciousness in every detail.
• Duomo Lab Coat – produced with premium microfiber fabric, highly resistant and with low environmental impact.

Feel the difference between wearing comfort and wearing responsibility.

Ethical Partners and Processes

Sustainability doesn’t happen by chance. It is built alongside partners who share our values.

That’s why we work with suppliers who use low-waste or zero-waste processes, implement responsible practices, and continuously strive to reduce environmental impact.

Every step is designed to ensure ethics and transparency. Wearing Dress To Care means wearing responsibility.

Conscious Choices Matter

According to a study by the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, the textile industry is responsible for around 10% of global carbon emissions. This reinforces the importance of conscious choices — which is why we will continue investing in premium fabrics, ethical processes, and sustainable practices.

Wear Responsibility. Wear Dress To Care.

Every Dress To Care piece is more than clothing: it’s a way to care for yourself, for others, and for the world.

Explore all our sustainable pieces here and join the #DressToCareFamily. Together, we will continue to share the essence of sustainable care.

As the cooler days arrive, the demand grows for pieces that convey confidence, comfort, and professionalism. In clinics and practices, this is also the perfect time to renew uniforms and reinforce the team’s image.

That’s where the Scrub Top Glamy comes in — a piece that combines sophistication, functionality, and care in every detail. Backed by Dress To Care® quality.

Design made for professionals who care

Glamy was created with the demands of clinical teams in mind, where every gesture matters and presentation is part of the care provided.

With a feminine and elegant cut, this scrub top enhances both individuality and team harmony:

• Precise tailoring that conveys sophistication without excess.
• Adjustable belt for personalized comfort and a flattering silhouette.
• Discreet buttons that add modernity without losing professionalism.

At Dress To Care, we believe professional clothing is an extension of a clinic’s values.
The scrub top Glamy is more than just aesthetics — it’s a way of communicating safety, identity, and care.

Upgrade your clinic’s uniforms this autumn/winter with Glamy.
At Dress To Care, we dress those who care with distinction.

As September arrives, we enter a transition phase: the days are still bright, but the weather is becoming milder. It’s the perfect moment to rethink your team’s uniforms — choosing colors that convey freshness, professionalism, and that work all year round.

At Dress To Care, we believe that choosing the right colors can transform how professionals feel and present themselves. That’s why we’ve selected three modern, versatile, and timeless shades, perfect for clinics, studios, wellness and healthcare spaces.

1.Beige: Naturally Elegant and Sophisticated

Beige is a classic that never goes out of style. Neutral, soft, and extremely versatile, it adapts to different professional environments — especially those that seek a cleaner, welcoming aesthetic, such as clinics, receptions, beauty spaces, or hospitality.

Why choose beige?

• Conveys calmness, organization, and sophistication.
• Easily pairs with white, black, earthy tones, or navy blue.
• In synthetic fabrics like microfiber, it enhances freshness and lightness.

2. White Pearl: Sophisticated and Versatile

Softer than traditional white, white pearl is an elegant and subtle choice. Its slightly warm tone flatters all skin tones and highlights details like embroidery, logos, or custom finishes.

Advantages of white pearl:

• Timeless and easy to coordinate.
• Matches pastel shades, black, or vibrant colors like vibe pink or green.
• Ideal for clinics, offices, and spaces that value a refined image.

3. Light Pink: Delicate, Modern, and Full of Personality

Light pink has been gaining ground in professional wear because it conveys warmth, approachability, and a touch of femininity — without losing sobriety. It’s perfect for creative environments, beauty studios, or brands with a more emotional positioning.

Why go for light pink?

• Creates a light, empathetic atmosphere.
• Matches white pearl, grey, beige, and light blue.
• Enhances the visual identity of brands that care — and care for themselves.

More than aesthetics: comfort and identity

These three colors strike the perfect balance between functionality and style. The right choice of uniforms can directly influence comfort, motivation, and even the self-esteem of professionals.

At Dress To Care, we offer a variety of models in these shades — designed to elevate your team and reinforce your brand identity.

Turn Your Clinic into a Space of Well-Being and Trust

At Dress To Care, we believe that care goes far beyond the treatments provided.
The atmosphere of your clinic is an essential part of the patient experience — and it can be the deciding factor between a one-time visit and long-term loyalty.
More than a healthcare space, your clinic should be a haven of well-being, where every detail communicates attention, professionalism, and empathy. With that in mind, we’ve put together a few practical tips to help you create a truly welcoming environment:

1. Proudly Showcase Your Services
Use every corner of your clinic to highlight your offerings. Flyers, brochures, or informative posters help patients better understand the treatments available — and may even spark interest in new care possibilities.
2. Wi-Fi: A Small Gesture with a Big Impact
Providing free and easy-access Wi-Fi makes a big difference. Displaying the login and password clearly in the waiting room shows that you care about your patients needs and helps make the wait more pleasant.
3. Comfort is Key
Replace stiff chairs with cozy sofas or armchairs suitable for all ages. A comfortable environment reduces stress and significantly improves the overall perception of your clinic.
4. The Wellness Playlist
The right music can transform a space. Create a soft, relaxing playlist to play at low volume, both at the reception and in the treatment rooms. The right ambient sound conveys calm and reassurance.
5. Welcoming Greenery
Natural plants are more than just decoration — they’re wellness allies. They purify the air, add life to the space, and create a lighter, more pleasant atmosphere. Choose low-maintenance species and place them thoughtfully.
6. A Signature Scent to Remember
Smell is the sense most connected to emotional memory. Having a signature scent in your clinic can create an unforgettable sensory brand. Choose soft, natural fragrances that convey tranquility, cleanliness, and trust.
Dress To Care Tip: Try our exclusive Dress scent. With delicate floral notes, it gently wraps the space in subtle elegance. Available in a 200ml spray — perfect for scenting waiting rooms, offices, textiles, and of course, your entire team’s uniforms.

7.Professional Image That Also Welcomes
Your team’s attire is a direct reflection of your brand identity. Well-maintained, comfortable, and stylish uniforms communicate professionalism, hygiene, and attention to detail. More than aesthetics, professional image builds patient trust and reinforces the sense of being in good hands.
Dress To Care Tip: Our uniforms are designed to combine comfort, functionality, and sophistication. Breathable fabrics, modern cuts, and high-quality finishes make all the difference in the clinical routine and the patient’s perception. No one goes unnoticed.

The Power of Details

When you combine excellent service with a carefully designed atmosphere, your clinic becomes more than just a workplace — it becomes a memorable experience. And memorable experiences are the ones patients want to repeat… and recommend.
Invest in the details. They’re an essential part of your strategy to Elevate Your Clinic’s Space and Attract More Delighted Clients.

In the professional environment, the way we present ourselves goes far beyond physical appearance. Personal image is a set of elements that includes our posture, communication, organization, and how we relate to others. Taking care of it is essential to convey credibility, trust, and professionalism.

Dress To Care has prepared 4 valuable tips to help you strengthen your personal image and, in doing so, enhance your results at work:

1. Appearance: Dress for success

First impressions matter — a lot! The way we dress communicates powerful messages about who we are and how we position ourselves in the workplace.

• Choose clothing appropriate for your industry and company culture.
• Prefer outfits that convey elegance, comfort, and professionalism.
• Take care of your personal hygiene and appearance, paying attention to details: hair, nails, shoes, and accessories also speak for you.

Remember: self-care is a sign of respect for yourself and others.

2. Posture: Your attitude is your business card

Professional posture goes beyond body language. It involves how you communicate, respond to challenges, and interact with colleagues and clients.

• Maintain clear, objective, and respectful communication.
• Avoid impulsive or inappropriate behavior, even under pressure.
• Show empathy, active listening, and emotional balance.

A positive and collaborative attitude contributes to a healthier and more productive work environment.

3. Organization: A reflection of your efficiency

Organized spaces communicate professionalism and enhance productivity.

• Keep your workspace clean and functional.
• Be punctual and meet deadlines responsibly.
• Plan your tasks, set priorities, and avoid procrastination.

Organization is a valuable skill in any field and has a direct impact on your results.

4. Follow-up: The power of staying connected

One of the key traits of high-performing professionals is the ability to follow up and maintain active relationships with colleagues, leaders, and clients.

• After appointments, treatments, or meetings, thank the person and summarize the next steps.
• Stay in touch with clients even after a treatment plan or consultation series is completed — this shows care and strengthens bonds.
• Use CRM tools or digital calendars to avoid missing important commitments.

Follow-up shows you are attentive, committed, and interested in delivering ongoing value. It’s also a great way to retain clients and open doors to new opportunities.

Taking care of your personal image is an investment in your career. Small daily actions can make a big difference in how you’re perceived and in the results you achieve. Start applying these tips today and watch the positive impact on your professional life!

One of the greatest benefits of attending fairs and events is the opportunity to interact personally and deeply with people, especially our customers. Since Dress To Care is primarily an online brand, we usually communicate with our customers through digital channels or over the phone.

On these platforms, our team prioritizes close, attentive communication, ensuring excellent service and addressing all customer inquiries. These conversations teach us a lot and provide us with fantastic moments. However, human and face-to-face interaction is on another level. When we attend an event or fair, we have the opportunity to engage personally with our customers, hear their stories firsthand, and gain a deeper understanding of their needs.

These interactions are fundamental to us. Often, valuable insights on how to improve our products or introduce new ideas emerge from casual conversations. Every piece of feedback is valued and taken into consideration in our continuous pursuit of excellence.

These events are also the perfect stage to showcase the latest additions to our collection. We take these moments to launch new products and display, in person, the quality, durability, and versatility of our pieces. Nothing compares to the experience of touching and feeling the fabrics, checking the stitching quality, and noticing the details that make all the difference.

In recent years, we have had the opportunity to participate in two major beauty industry events: In Beauty 2023 and Expocosmética 2024. These were intense days filled with networking, learning, and enriching exchanges with customers and industry professionals. Each of these experiences reinforced the importance of being present in such moments of connection.

When we participate in a fair, we are not just selling products; we are building and strengthening the relationship between our brand and the public. Every detail of our stand is designed to reflect Dress To Care’s values and identity. From the setup to our team’s approach, we want every visitor to have a highly positive and memorable experience.

We are committed to making the most of these opportunities to continue growing as a trusted brand. That’s why we invite you to visit us at Expocosmética 2025, taking place from April 5th to 7th at Exponor, in Matosinhos. We will welcome you with warm smiles and uniforms that reflect our admiration for those who care with heart and soul ! Don’t miss it!
